I just joined Public Mobile and ordered an esim and did a phone number transfer from Telus. I responded by sms to approve the transfer but did not get a QR code for my esim so I cannot get help because to submit a ticket they send a confirmation code...

Unable to access account

I have been trying to login but the one time 6 digit code is going to the wrong phone number. I cannot access the account to change plan type of cancel. I am unable to access any human customer service rep. Please help!

issue with contacting a number

when I call my son it will ring once or twice then drop off.  He has to call me back and sometimes when he does his phone says my number is not in service.  Other people my phone phases in and out not sure if related.
