I see over and over again here people going to support and getting poor to useless answers or that they can't do anything. Maybe answer some of the questions and ideas and we might be able to figure it out. Rather than asking support and getting useless support.

Hi @wiesia
What @dust2dust said. 🙂 We are customers just like you. We need more information to help you figure this out.

how much overpaid? Please remember PM will add tax on top of regular plan renewal amount on your credit card. For example, a $25 plan will be charged $25 +tax on the credit card
you can confirm the charges at Payment history on My Account:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history
If you still have doubt, you can open ticket with PM support and have them to further investigate.

Did you do an immediate plan change?
Did you reply to a plan offer?
Did you reply to a data add-on offer?
Do you see the extra amount in your balance?
Does the extra charge still say pending on the credit card account?
