Double paied my payment

I paid twice my payment from Sep 24 to October 24 of 2025. Can I get back overpaid  payment or can it be used for next month payment in advance?

I sent this question to agent 3times already, but I never get any answer until now.  Who works hard for what? I Feel there is no agent for the customer.??

Can I get help?

No, that is not the screenshot that helps is understand.  i was talking about what showing on My Account. login My Account and click Payment History, and check what shows there and maybe post screenshot of thar

 Is this for credit receipt? Then I do not need any action further for using it as a payment of next month, correct?

Does Payment history on My Account shows you paid twice?  If it does, it should also show the 2nd payment is stored as a credit on the account.  Check if you see that amount as Available Funds.  If it is there, no action needed as it will be used for next renewal 

Or post the payment history screenshot so we can explain (remove personal info on that screenshot)

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
