Porting - 2 questions

1. Porting out of PM to Koodo. Is it all electronic within 90 minutes with no CSA to be involved?

2. Porting out of Koodo to PM. Is it all electronic within 90 minutes with no CSA to be involved?

I believe in the  past the Koodo ports required extra steps.

1 is yes.  

2 should be yes as well but you need to confirm with Lucky

A. You shouldn't have any problems porting directing to Lucky as long as your account is active. There SHOULD be no CS Agent involvement.

A. As I advise to everyone, as you probably know already, sign up the account first and set everything up with a temporary number. Make sure you can make and take calls, text and receive texts, and data fully works. Once you confirm everything works, then you can log into the account and port the number over with the link below. Also, make sure your Lucky account is still active.

A. You shouldn't have any problems porting directing to Koodo as long as your account is active. There SHOULD be no CS Agent involvement. 

2. Porting out of Koodo to PM. Is it all electronic within 90 minutes with no CSA to be involved?

A. According to Public Mobile, for Koodo prepaid account you need to submit a ticket to PM and ask them to port your old number over. Include your Koodo account number name on the account and Koodo phone number.

If you had a Koodo postpaid monthly account you can go into your self serve account and choose the change number option and setup the port on your own.

1 and 2 are both YES

But from Koodo to PM, only if from Koodo Postpaid that does not involve agent help
