I paid twice today for the same phone number. I upgraded to 5G with a higher payment but today also is the same day of my regular payment day for a lower subscription. Can I get the lower payment refunded? many thanks.

yes, look like you used the wrong option to make the plan change. You should have used Change on Renewal
PM is prepaid carrier and usually do not provide refund. But PM will help in cases like this. So, ask PM agent.
