Hi there. I had trouble activation my e sim after purchasing my plane and paying for it .
I had to change my region on App store and I've lost all my subscription To download the app.
Now Im trying to acctivate but it keep sending a code to unknown phone number which I don't have. Im stuck on a loop here .what to do ?

On that page where you are prompted to send the code, is there a phrase that reads "didn't get the code?"
Tap that and it should be sent to the email you registered with.
Alternatively, you can reach out to customer support for help.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, send a private message to Customer Support Agent by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
