Is there any way to get hold of a agent? Been trying to transfer my old number from Koodo but just getting errors

You need to download the PM app to port your old number from Koodo.
Also your Koodo account must be activate to port your old number over to PM.
To complete the porting, you must leave the Koodo SIM in your phone and wait for the text and confirm with YES you are porting number over to PM. You have 90 minutes to confirm or porting will be cancelled and you need to contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process.

@Emanuel12 If its Koodo pre paid you will need agent to help transfer number after activating account with a temp PM number . Here’s the link to support
