Subscription Issues

I've subscribed to (and my credit card has been charged for) the Can/US/Mexico plan, but my PM app states that my services are suspended until payment is received. I don't want to pay twice!

How to switch from $29/10GB plan to $29/20GB plan

Hi I am currently with PM $29/10GB plan, I found today that PM now has $29/20GB + 100 minutes international call plan. How can I switch to the new plan? I tried Change Subscriptions from my account but the new plan does not show. Thanks.

Number didn't transfer?
