Gave SIM card # no service been over a month still. O SIM card yet that I ordered need my phone working

Thank you for the reply. So I basically found out what's wrong since my phone hasn't been activated for over 60 days plus my phone number is gone, they're saying it's basically looks like there's no account so the phone number was given to somebody else so I think now I'm just going to. Go on to another company.  Thank you for replying to me.I've not had a phone now for over a month plus so it's time to move on.Have a great day

Before you just walk into any Koodo or Telus store, here are ways to locate them. Not all Koodo and Telus stores carry PM SIM cards.

To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.

Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99

Or find a Mobile Klinik near you. https://mobileklinik.ca/stores/ 

 

hi @Primrose you actually get a Public Mobile sim card from Koodo or Telus store 

after you got your Public Mobile sim card, you can ask PM support to help from there

So like you mentioned if I go to kudo or Tellis and get their SIM card?Does that mean I'm going to lose every contact?Every single thing in my phone

when you placed the order?  Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here

But best to ask PM support agent for status update, you can  submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one
