Incoming calls are not receiving. Outgoing is fine. Porting seems not completed.

Hi, my phone data, text and outgoing calls are working fine. Income call received in Fongo app from where I transferred my phone number. ChatGPT says “This is a classic case of a partially completed port — the voice routing for incoming calls hasn’t finished transferring from Fongo to Public Mobile.”

  • Outgoing calls, SMS, and data are working through Public Mobile.
  • Incoming calls are still being routed to Fongo.

It could be an incomplete port.  PM porting support team can help.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage), check for the number and call.

And in case the poring team cannot help and ask you to submit ticket (or you rather submit ticket anyway),  you can submit  ticket by direct message:

When did you port your number? Did you remove your fongo sim card and reboot?

Also did you reply to the fongo sms within the specified timeframe to confirm the port?

If you put back your fongo sim card in your phone does incoming calls come?
