Help! Long-time customer no longer receiving 2FA codes from TD Bank!!

Help! I've been with PM for years with the same number and suddenly, I am not receiving verification codes from TD Bank. I looked at some posts with similar issues, but it seemed they were all new customers who were having trouble getting any messages. 

I have successfully received the codes as of last month, so this is a new problem. Please help!

Problem was the sim card. After replacement (and then needing to get my service restored because apparently activating a new SIM card suspended my service again), all texts work now

They are making me buy a new sim card (for $10) to try to fix the issue, as nothing else has worked
