I've had my data not work in an urban city of 150000 people. It's happened twice in two days. I've never seen this except when I'm camping in very rural areas.
Any ideas why this is happening? Thanks!!

reboot the phone and reset network settings
check MY account for account status
or ask PM support to check

You can try doing a network reset that forces your phone reconnect to the PM Network. If that doesn't work, you can reach out to a CS Agent as there have been reports of data issues today.
