Hi
they always ask me to put a code to my phone number 705-xxx-xxxx
then asking me for a second code but the phone number is my granddaughter number she lives in Labrador city NF
because it’s her phone number I can’t go into my account
please help me with this problem

Please remove your phone number and name!! These are not private forums. Click on the arrow in the box and click edit.
Which code are you talking about? The 6 digit code Public Mobile sends to your phone? Try clicking on "Didn't get code". There should be an option for email. If you don't see it, create a ticket for a CS Agent to assist.
The Public Mobile chatbot is currently unable to create trackable tickets for members who are unable to log in. So for this reason, please use the following link to contact customer service.
