Account suspended, but subscription still active

I am unable to make or receive calls. My subscription says that it is still active in the PM app, but when I dial *611, it says that my account is temporarily been suspended. I submitted a ticket, but I need access to my phone ASAP.

I am also on auto-pay. And when I go to the payment screen, I don't have that pop-up message.
