Hello,
I signed up with public mobile in march 2025, it has automatically taken my payments and renewed monthly until August 30, 2025. It now says my subscription is expired and I must renew it. I have tried everything to renew and it says it is unable to take my payment. I have even spoken with my financial institution and tried another card but it will not take my payment. Are there any solutions to this?

A few customers were affected by this over the weekend. Some issues with old payment pathway in the backend. Try to enter the original credit card number again and try to make manual payment. If still issues, you may need to contact customer service agent.
Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit ticket. It will take 1-2 hours for response time.

PM payment system is glitchy sometimes
if your plan not expired or suspended yet and you still have time, please wait a day or even longer before you try again. When you try, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled)
As your plan has already expired , buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account

Public Mobile vouchers can be used to top up your account. These vouchers are sold in some convenience stores, grocery stores, and gas stations.
