Changing a subscription midcycle

My bill came out 20 October.  If I get a new plan today, 27. October, Will I be paying For my older $25 plan and my new $35 plan for the next three weeks?  Or will my old plan be prorated?

As a PM costumer..I want to change my plan. But it seems we as PM costumers only can choose from certain plans offered in our accounts. I want to get the $23/month. But don’t see that one in my offerings. The lowest I can go is $30/month 15gb.
