cannot locate bonus gifts received

For multiple years, I received bonus perks from Public mobile.  One of those being international calling minutes.  Every time I logged in, I saw these amounts telling me how many I had left to use.  I now wish to call internationally and cannot.  When I log in to the newer interface, I cannot see these rewards that I have received in the past few years every Christmas.  How can I locate these, or were they just taken away from me?  Why can I not call Belgium using these minutes that I have had on my account for years?

you can't call Belgium as that country isn't in the list of countries you can call using any Public Mobile add-on. Get to 7-11 and buy a calling card to Belgium.

@OldnRusty1 when you login , click Usage Breakdown, under the usage odometer on the Overview page, to expand it and you will see the holiday add-on there as long as they were not used up
