I bought a sim card and opened account and set number. This account has been deactivated for long time. I bought new sim card and opened new account. I want to transfer old number to new sim card. Is there any way?

Call 1855 4public and enter that phone number to hear the status, and you can proceed from there.
Make a payment (that doesn't cause service to resume) or having funds in the account will not necessarily prevent the account from being closed. An account can still close even if there is a balance in the Public Mobile account. The only determining factor is the amount of the time that the plan is in suspension.

You have only 90 days to retain any number. If there were no payments or funds in an account, it would automatically close, and you'd lose the number. If that's the case you have to choose a new number.
