How can I change my phone with an eSIM?

use suggestion provided by @Sansan  and you'll find the esim will end up being a free item as it's a replacement esim.

You have to download the public mobile app to your new phone and go to the Account Section and click purchase Physical SIM card,  purchase eSIM.
