Hi,
My current phone uses a physical sim but supports eSIM. My new phone only supports eSIM. If I want to use my new phone do I need to convert my sim to eSIM on my old phone and then transfer it to the new phone? Or do I just buy an eSIM for the new phone using the app on the new phone and it will activate?
TIA

Thanks. I will give that a try. The new phone is only eSIM, doesn't support a physical SIM.

You need to download the PM app on the new phone and login to your account then go to the Account tab>Purchase an eSIM>Change Your SIM Card. This will transfer your account over to the new phone.
If you have any issues then contact a CS_Agent by dm.

Or simply pop the old SIM into the new phone if it is too much trouble.
