I don't have 1GB data

I subscribed to $20 plan with 1GB data included on 18 Sept 2025 when the plans were clearly displayed on PM's site. Today 19 Sept 2025, I checked PM's site and the $20 plan had no data.

I felt being cheated out of 1GB. PM no good.

I think you may be confused on this matter. If you signed up on September 18, which was yesterday, I do believe the plan was still $20 1GB of data. I do believe that the plan changed today to $20 with no data. So I think you should be OK. Just open the app on your phone, at the bottom you'll see Manage Subscription, there you will see the plan you have. There it should show the 1GB of data. Let us know.

EDIT: I've been given the heads up by a friend that this newest offer of $20 with unlimited talk and text with no data started on the 17th. With that being said, I don't think it's a cache issue unless you were there on the 16th where it would have been $20 1GB of data. If you just signed up on the 18th, it wouldn't have cached the 1GB of data, it would have cached the current offer.

it could be just a browser cache problem.  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
