Hey guys, I see included in most plans have unliminted text message and pictures, but it does not say anything about videos, are they free also (I know they are not on iphone if you have imessage turned on as it uses internet data) Thanks in advance.

Phones won’t receive texts or calls

I have 3 lines with Public mobile. My line is working fine but my 2 daughters are not. I renewed the plans and it says active online but they don’t work. No texts, calls, data, nothing. Its been about 2 weeks now

It's not processing credit card

It is not processing my credit card but it is showing on my credit card statement for $0 so it is trying but not working. I call my credit card company and they said there shouldn't be a problem. My postal code matches the account and card as well.
