New Sim Activation - Invalid Sim Message

Hello, 

 

I am trying to port my number over to Public Mobile and am having issues with the first step.  When filling in all my information I am constantly getting an error that my newly delivered SIM is invalid.

 

Can you please help.

@ella1, before you make any more attempts to register the SIM, please check your credit card transactions - there is a chance the transaction has gone through, and something in the system just doesn't connect.

Thanks for all the suggestions but still no luck.  I think it might be an issue with the SIM.  I have messaged the moderator team.

Also go and manually remove any cookies associated with activate.publicmobile.ca

Clear your cache/browsing history and try another browser / disable add-ons / private browsing / incognito. If you are using safari / cell phone go to a real computer and if all that fails, wait 65 minutes and try again.

 

If that still does not work I suggest sending a message to the moderator team. Click this to send them a message. with the sim card number for them to look into why. But most likely it will end up working with the above steps
