New Sim Activation - Invalid Sim Message

Hello, I am trying to port my number over to Public Mobile and am having issues with the first step. When filling in all my information I am constantly getting an error that my newly delivered SIM is invalid. Can you please help. Thanks, Ella

Thanks for all the suggestions but still no luck. I think it might be an issue with the SIM. I have messaged the moderator team.
