 I would like to know why have I not received credit for 2nd month free in my account. I activated my line last month during the 2nd month Free promo but have not receeved the credit yet, My account expired today .. Phone number : xxx-xxx-xxxx

Can you go in your self serve account and click on payment ...transaction history and see if you have or not receive a credit @AzimPM ? With that under ours eyes somtemies it's easy to understand what happened...Smiley Happy

@AzimPMWhat day did you activate, where did you activate and what plan did you go on?

 

Be specific, please.

 

At the end of the day I/We (as we are just customers like you with no system access) can try to help you figure out why you didn't get the credit (due to some stipulation you did not follow, it happens often) but no matter what we figure out even if you do deserve it the only one that can handle any account / credit issues is the moderator team.
