I unfortunately lost my credit card towards the end of my billing cycle. I will not have any method of payment for the next week and half. Is it possible to get an extension and 1 GB data top up?

also it might be worth it to simply ask the mods to renew your plan early rather than buying the 1gb addon.
to do that i woudl buy votures equal to your renewal amount and apply them then simply ask mods to renew your plan early. this is beneficial dependng on how much your daily cost of your plan is and how long until your renewal.

Shoppers Drug Mart and Canadian Tire gas bars are popular location to get payment vouchers. Cash can be used, and if your service is still active you can pay by the vouchers via 611, on your mobile.

@heyastef I would agree with @ShawnC13 and @Luddite that the service being prepaid, it's probably not possible. However, it's worth sending a polite private message to the community moderator team using this link. Please include your phone number and the details of your situation. I'm not sure if they can help or not, but it's worth enquiring.

@heyastef, sorry to hear you lost your credit card. You could also purchase Vouchers and top up your account that way. PM being a prepaid service, I don't think they would extend you or give you an addon until you get your CC straightened out it just goes against their business model.

If you wish continued service without paying at expiry, then "no". On the other hand, your account will remain open for reactivation for 90 days after expiry.
What is your situation exactly?
If you need to make phone calls before renewing try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi, or on cellular data.
