Hi everyone, I've been trying to port my number over to pm since yesterday. I can call but can't receive call. Anyone knows which number to call? Thanks for your help.

Did you try calling the number @slusagm sent you? It will be in your private messages inbox either at the envelope icon top right of this page, or tap your avatar to the right of the bell icon to access messages. There isn't a live chat for customer support. Apart from the above phone number for certain porting issues, support is by opening a service ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page, or private messaging using this link if the chatbot isn't helping

You can try contacting Public Mobile’s Customer Support to check on the status of your port. You can reach them through the online chat feature on their website, or you can submit a ticket if needed. Hello @Tee11
First, did you receive a text message from your other service provider asking permission to port?
Second, if yes, if your other providers SIM card is in your phone, do you see SOS at the top? If not, the port didn't go through and there is a number you can call to initiate it again.
And finally, have you tried your PM SIM card in a different phone? Sometimes it need a little kick in the pants to get going.
