I ordered a simcard last year Aug or July, never received it. Does anybody know what to do or who to contact.

I'm surprised you waited this long which honestly, makes no sense why you waited this long. Perhaps you just forgot?
To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.
Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99
You may not be able to get the same plan you signed up for back then as it's been several months. You will have to see what's available now.

it has been half a year and you only remember it now? Hard to tell if PM will still able to help but you can try. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
