We don't actually know that for sure. I agree that the most likely autopay is on but it's unkown when the customer actually joined Public Mobile. When many customers activated with Public Mobile in the past, autopay was not automatically turned on.

@lxh It will automatically be taken no worries , when you signed up for public mobile it enrolled you in auto subscribe automatically so you don’t have to worry about making payment . Just need to update the credit card when it expires is all

When you signed up for Public Mobile, you used your credit card. Moving forward, the payment will come directly off that credit card unless you change it.
EDIT: Log into your account and click on this link. There you'll see your credit card info and if the toggle beside the word "Subscribed" is on the right side, then payment is automatic.
