Hello,
I have a problem. My daughter has recently signed up for public mobile and forgot to port the rogers phone number to the public mobile number. Hence she has 2 numbers on her phone. I from rogers, the one she is planning to keep, and the one from public mobile which is expendable. Rogers is the phone carrier which intend on getting rid of..
is there a way of porting the rogers phone number. So she only has one number,
thanks.

Good Morning @Elliot12 (Greg)
If she logs on to the Public Mobile website, this direct link will allow her to port over her Rogers number.
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/profile/transfer-phone-number
She will receive a text message from Rogers asking her permission to port over. She'll have 1.5 hours to reply to it. If she misses the time limit to port, come back here for further assistance.

You daughter can load the Public Mobile smartphone app and from the Account section, select Transfer Phone Number.
