Today I received an announcement that PM is switch ALL customers off the old Rewards plan to the current Points-based rewards plan.For my family, that means losing almost $6/month per plan, or over $25/month.Whose happy about this?
Anyone know if it is possible to use a 4G phone with a 5G PM plan?I do not want any surprises. I just want to make sure that my 4G capable iPhone SE original (2016) can still work on a 5G plan.I know I will not get 5G speeds until I upgrade the phone...
Anyone else notice that this filter is gone in Self-Serve, to filter by Debit or Credit? There is only the ability to filter by date range.I need to filter for just the Debits.
I appreciate the work that participants do...BUT who are they? No one knows, because PM is shouting out NO ONE.And the numbers are STILL a shadow of former participation.... because so many left!
Less participation because a LOT of people left, after the loss of the old Reward program.And what is the point of a shout out when no one is being shouted out? So no one is being recognized.
So, after all this, did anyone ever get a positive result by going to the CCTS? I know that they took on many cases if presented correctly, which cost PM each time, but what was the outcome?
