Today I received an announcement that PM is switch ALL customers off the old Rewards plan to the current Points-based rewards plan.For my family, that means losing almost $6/month per plan, or over $25/month.Whose happy about this?
Anyone know if it is possible to use a 4G phone with a 5G PM plan?I do not want any surprises. I just want to make sure that my 4G capable iPhone SE original (2016) can still work on a 5G plan.I know I will not get 5G speeds until I upgrade the phone...
Anyone else notice that this filter is gone in Self-Serve, to filter by Debit or Credit? There is only the ability to filter by date range.I need to filter for just the Debits.

Whether it will matter or not is to be seen BUT each application that is accepted WILL cost PM, as they have to pay for the processing of each complaint.
Like the OP points out.... this was written BEFORE this sudden change in Reward plans. AND now acknowledges that this did NOT age well (see the updated title).(seems to indicate that the Oracles were not in the loop and therefore did not see this com...
But it seems PM has forgotten the lesson of the root fiasco... making and then breaking promises, explicit or implied. In this case, stating that the Points Rewards program would be optional.
