My sim card is not working.

I have been a customer for about 4 or 5 months and my sim has been activated. Today my phone is not working and displaying no sim message.  I removed the sim and reinstalled it but I can not get it to work.  Any ideas?

Resolved! Self serve payment history doesnt show taxes??

Just wondered if this was normal? Just happened to look at it and noticed it read my initial plan charge of $25, but yet my payment card says $28.25 (which i know is 25 with taxes)... i was just wondering why they differ?
