Resolved! Autopay is on and account is "expired" one day early

I have had this account for my daughter for almost a year, on autopay. The billing cycle ends on the 14th and the autopay pays on the 14th. Today is the 13th and she cannot use her phone--I went onto the My Account page and it says "Account Expired"....

Silenced calls - long distance calls directly goes to voicemail

When I receive long distance calls I receive as silenced calls . Many times I have received calls from USA but all calls as silenced calls moreover all calls goes to directly voicemail.If any one help me on this issue that would be great.Thank you
