Verification of account only sends code to Email and no SMS

When i try to log in to my account i can only get the Verification code by Email now its not giving me the option for SMS and i am not receiving the email for the verification code

If OP's account is suspended, then the 2FA is only available via email, so until they're able to login, they won't be able to toggle that option off.

Well you can login but you are stuck in the verification page if you can't get the code?

How is the OP supposed to log into their account if they don't get the verification code to login?

@GerryP  If you can log in.. you can change where verification gets sent.. to do step by step will take lots of typing…😬

Are you currently suspended? If you are you can also pay by public mobile voucher through 611 on your phone. Once activated you can then get the verification code sent by text message.

Edit: Or if you know your 4 digit account pin number you can pay with your credit card through 611.
