Is there a way to get access back to your account when you haven’t paid your bill so you can’t access through the sms text code and the login info doesn’t work. Also don’t have access to the original email account it was set up with. My mother just realized that for some reason the auto payment hasn’t been put through since October. Help..

Public Mobile accounts in suspension (but not yet closed) can still receive the SMS text message with the self serve 2FA account code.

@Dunn-James If the last payment ran out 90 days or more a go the account will have automatically been closed. Do you know when the last renewal date that wasn't paid was? You can ask customer support if there's anything they can do, open a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page. If that doesn't work send support a private message using this link

@Dunn-James without access to the account and the email address on the account you will need to reach out to a support agent.
You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:
