Activation problem (help needed)

Tried to activate new sim card yesterday.  activation crashed during the 4th step. my credit card was charged.  phone number wasn’t ported over.  i’m unable to login.   im unable to change password.  unable to submit ticket.  need customer service to help with new activation.

Don't try to activate again. Send a private message instead. Click on the envelope icon at the top right corner of your screen. Type in CS_Agent in the send to portion. Put activation problem in the subject line. Then include a detailed message including your email address phone number and account pin that you chose during activation. You should get a response in the next hour or so.

If your cc was charged put sim in unlocked phone and reboot. Does it work?
