Activating Black Friday SIM on Boxing Week Plan – Need Help!

Hey community,

I recently purchased a SIM card during the Black Friday sale and just received it. I want to activate it, but I noticed there's a Boxing Week plan available now that offers more data for the same price.

  • Is it possible to activate my SIM on the Boxing Week plan instead of the Black Friday one?
  • If switching plans isn't an option, does anyone know the deadline for activating the SIM I received?

Would appreciate any guidance or tips from those who've dealt with a similar situation! Thanks in advance! 😊

hi @MTLNick if your original subscription hasn't stsrted year, you have not used the service yet, you can try asking PM supporr and try might be able to help to switch

its the exact same price. Everything is the same except it includes 20gb of 5G data instead of 10gb. The plan I initially ordered was also the boxing day plan. It looks like they just changed it to include the extra 10gb. I'm afraid If i activate my sim and transfer my line now that I won't be able to switch to the 20gb plan

@MTLNick @How much is the 10GB plan per month? And how much is the 20 GB plan? If the 10GB is less (even by $1) you should be able to see the 20Gb plan as an “upgrade” afterwards in your subscription offers.

Hey im in a similar boat. I just  received my sim card today which I ordered on boxing day but I noticed that they upped the data on the same plan by 10GB. When I login to my account I am prompted to activate with a 10GB plan instead of the 20GB plan. How can I change the plan to the current boxing day plan which includes more data instead?

@ash_uree  it might not be possible to activate a different plan with activation. It depends on what you had chosen on sign up. Doesn't hurt to try though. The app will tell you.

There is no time limit per see to activate the account. You should be good for atleast 30 days.

@ash_uree  if you want to take advantage of the boxing week promo plan, you will want to sign up asap (before the 31st). If you are currently active on a plan, you can select “change  on renewal” so you don’t lose any unused minutes or data. Hope this helps
