I need to change the email on one of my accounts. How does one get this done?

@MaR2307   If for the self serve account then submit a ticket via chatbot here:  https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help

 

If for your Community account, then click your avatar and select Profile and you can update your email by yourself.

Go to top of this page click Get Help / Chat with Simon to start process of CSA assistance.

Watch the little envelope icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.

You need to get a Customer service person to do that for you. You can't do that yourself.

Use the chatbot Simon or send a private message to CS_Agent

you will have to open ticket with CS support for email address change:

 


at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
