Unable to Call and Text

Hi there, 

My phone has not been letting me make phone calls, it says my minutes are up, yet I have unlimtied calling on my plan. My plan is active and everything is in order. I also cannot send text messages. Please help!

Try rebooting your phone. Did you just renew your plan? Did you change plans? Did you activate before January 25th if this year or after?

@Peterpeter1   Also try adding 1 in front of the numbers you're calling.

Try rebooting, resetting network settings or reinstalling SIM card. Also try sim in another unlocked phone.
