Can’t get past what’s new screen

I am not a big let’s learn how to use community crap just to have a cell phone. Haven’t logged in for a year but tried to log in and change banking info and get this see what’s new page with no option to get to my account to make changes. Tried logging in a dozen times and still can’t get past this screen. Why does it have to be so hard to have a cell phone.?

Click the little "x" on the top right corner of the "what's new" message. It may take up to 30 or so seconds to appear on the message.

You might want to login to your account a little more often, just in case any other junk has changed around here or your account.  Just saying.

@russ1   Try clearing cache/cookies and use incognito/private mode or another browser to login.  You'll also need to verify via 2FA now if you haven't logged into your account for a while.  Once logged in, you can disable (toggle off) the 2FA for future logins, if you wish.

 

edit:  to update any payment card, select Payments from the left side of page, but you'll need to contact customer support if you want to remove your payment card.

@russ1 , the new portal can be finicky with cached web pages and cookies.  Try using incognito mode.
