Voice-mail

I have numbers that are blocked. They call and I hear nothing then I get a voice-mail notification and they leave messages. How or can I stop this from happening  Thanks 

Receiving & outgoing calls consistently ending after 12 secs

I see issues where others have calls disconnecting after 50-55 secs but my grandfather's line have calls end after 12 secs consistently. After reading, I didn't see what the resolution was. Hoping others can share.

I get this message "call cannot be completed cause my plan does not include a US roaming add on."Why do I need a roaming add on.  I am not in the US?
