My Account option does not show

On my New Account and 2nd phone line Account the My Account option does not show/load. No access to it. I want to change password/email and such.

I figured it out. I clicked Community. I had to click Register for the New Acc't. When I did there was no Registration req'd. It got me in for what I was looking for. I just had to click on Settings. That worked.

did you set up an Eversafe  account for the second account?

each account requires a separate email address, make sure you are not using saved credentials to login.
