I have a one plus 9. I had this problem before I swapped APN's to the newest one and I'm still having problems. When I try to call or even access the voice mail it immediately cuts out without a dial tone 
I got a email to change my APN by February 14th to keep receiving MMS messages. But I can't find on here how to change it. 
I was told I had entered my meid incorrectly. How do I go about changing that? 
Oops something has gone wrong " when trying to submit a ticket. I was told to ask about a credit but I can't submit a ticket 
I can't get my number ported. I made the mistake of switching my sim before getting the text to swap my number. I've called the Telus porting number and they say there isn't a request. It keeps going around in circles with the bot saying I'm sorry......
