When trying ticket

Oops something has gone wrong " when trying to submit a ticket. I was told to ask about a credit but I can't submit a ticket

Indeed @KingAlfredo the now infamous SIMon chatbot has been on 'vacation' since the new system several months back.

It seems that Public Mobile has abandoned, or is having a very difficult time repairing, the ticketing process - for reasons which are less than understood.   Some (including myself) might hope if it's not going to return, to simply remove any mention or access to it so the many, many customers who try to submit a ticket stop wasting their time doing so with results which are frustrating.

Alas, one must use private messaging now to reach the customer support agents as outlined by @softech & @kb_mv

And are you trying to update the credit card or make payment? please wait a full hour and try again using Incognito mode.
