I can't get my number ported. I made the mistake of switching my sim before getting the text to swap my number. I've called the Telus porting number and they say there isn't a request. It keeps going around in circles with the bot saying I'm sorry...

what number did you call?  I will send you the phone number again, Please check your Community inbox.  And remembe to put in the phone number twice and make sure you talk to live support.  

if you get the same answer, they cannot find a pending request, open ticket with PM support here

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
