Hi! A couple of days ago I bought my new sim and public mobile plan but I haven’t been able to get my data to work. I’ve tried all the solutions with the APN and resetting my iPhone’s network settings but nothing is seeming to work. Does anyone know how else I can fix this? Thank you in advance!

You might want to ask the customer support agents for assistance:
To contact a Customer Support Agent, send a private message to them by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.

Yes calling and texting is no problem! I have an iPhone 12. I used a Tuque Mobile esim when I first arrived in Canada and that worked fine. I don’t have any other device to try and I’ve only just moved so I have no family to ask either 😕

just to confirm, you are able to call in and out and text in and out with no issues?
what type of device are you using and have you used data with this device before with another provider?
can you try the Public Mobile Sim card in another device to see if data is able to be accessed?
