@Tonypmontague  If none of the suggestions worked to regain access to your account open a trouble ticket:

click on https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and enter your question in SIMon. Follow / invent the prompts until you reach the Contact Us button, click on it and a Submit Ticket button should appear. To confirm that your ticket has been submitted, check the SEND box in your private messages; click on the small envelope next to your avatar at the top right of your screen.

Hi @Tonypmontague if you remember your 4 digits PIN, try calling *611 and pay that way first

Of course, you  am also buy voucher and load via *611 without PIN

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh.

@Tonypmontague Hello try clearing your cache and cookies or try a different browser in private or incognito mode reboot your device and try to sign in again
