My phone was signed up for autopsy this time the pmt didn’t come out so I tried to add the pmt by logging in to my public mobile account. It has two step verification but I no longer have the email address listed on the account so the code They send I can’t get. I also tried the 611 number but it ask for a pin which I don’t know. How am
i supposed to add funds to reactive my phone

my account is on auto but didn’t have the funds but bought a voucher tried using *611 and it just keeps disconnecting my phone call

Dial 611 to familiarize yourself. You should hear details of your Suspended Account. Then you can add the vouchers.

@Jerryreid You can add vouchers to the account via 611 without a PIN, except for the 12 digit voucher PIN, of course.

Check your SMS messages for PM sent you after your activation. It contains your PIN#. PM sent you 2 SMS messages. The first one is the PM server generated PIN# just in case your did not provide a PIN#. The second SMS message is the one which you provided during the activation. If you received 2 SMS message, use the PIN# in the second SMS message.
If you had deleted the PM SMS messages, create a support ticket to get CS Agent help to change PIN# or login 2FA etc by using the Chatbot(SIMon) link at the bottom of this page.

Get payment vouchers at Shell or Walmart, then dial 611 to add them to your account.
