Hello,
I have been unable to receive calls or texts or access mobile data since switching my plan from unlimited Canada & US calling with 3G data to unlimited Canada-wide calling with 4G data on October 18. My account is indeed active and I can send both calls and texts.
I have tried:
No one has replied to my support ticket.
