hi, my credit card expired, i can't update it and now my service is not working as the renewal time passed.
i tried to get into my account to update the information but this new process to make sure its me won't let me get to my account. it is sending the code to some email. i can't tell what email its sending my 6 digit serucity code to. it should be sending it to this email.

can you please update the email for me so i can update my credit card info. i think my account is xxxxxxx.

Hi @vram1344 if you know your 4 digits pin, you can use *611 to pay
if not, open ticket with cs agent to reset My Account
to open ticket with CS Agent:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker, tart by typing : Forgot login
